Delivery Policy
We start your engine only after receiving your payment. Every item is carefully bubble-wrapped and secured to survive the journey. We take packaging seriously to make sure your collectible arrives in perfect condition.
Note: If delivery fails due to absence, rejection, or incorrect information, you’ll be charged for both the shipping and return fees.
Payment Before Dispatch
Advance payment may be required before dispatching your items, based on your past courier records and delivery preferences.
A ৳100/200/300 confirmation payment may be requested if required. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
Return Policy
We understand things don’t always go as planned. Here’s how our return process works:
🚨 For Damaged Products
- Inspect your item in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
- If it’s damaged, return it immediately in the same packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement (if available).
- If out of stock, we’ll refund the product price (shipping fees non-refundable).
📦 Customer-Initiated Returns
- Repack the item securely using the original bubble wrap.
- Unpacked or poorly handled returns that get damaged in transit won’t qualify for a refund.
- Provide clear photos and return tracking details when sending it back.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged upon verified delivery and returned properly.
- The item is found to be out of stock after your payment.
Note: We refund only the product cost. Shipping charges remain with the courier service. Returns damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refunds.
