1. Pre-Order Commitment
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a unit that will be released in the future. Pre-orders secure your item ahead of public availability, ensuring collector fairness.
- Non‑refundable deposits: Deposits are non‑refundable once the item is released.
- The deposit secures your reservation; the remaining balance is due before shipping.
- Pre‑order items are typically released on or after the estimated arrival date.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
Pre‑order payment structures are calculated to partially secure your order while maintaining fairness for all collectors.
- Deposit Percentage: Typically 50% of retail price (configurable per product).
- Full Payment Discount: Pay the full amount before release to receive a discount.
- Remaining Balance: Due within 7 days before the estimated shipping date.
- Notification: You will receive an email reminder when the balance is due.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the limited nature of pre‑order items, specific cancellation rules apply.
- Deposits are fully non‑refundable if you cancel after release.
- Before release, you may cancel and receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- If Torklub cancels a pre‑order (e.g., item unavailable), a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7‑10 business days.
4. Estimated Arrival & Availability
Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers. While we aim for accuracy:
- Dates may shift due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
- We will notify you of significant delays via email.
- One pre‑order unit per customer is the limit for most items.
- Rare or special editions may have lower limits (communicated on the product page).
5. Shipping & Customs
International collectors should be aware of customs considerations:
- Import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility in most countries.
- Pre‑order shipping may occur after the official release date.
- We ship worldwide from our Bangladesh warehouse.
- Tracking information is provided once the item ships.
