🚚 Delivery Policy – Smooth Ride or Rewind
We start your engine only after receiving your payment.
If delivery fails due to absence, rejection, or incorrect information, you’ll be charged for both the shipping and return fees.
Every item is carefully bubble-wrapped and secured to survive the journey. We take packaging seriously to make sure your collectible arrives in perfect condition.
🔁 Return Policy – Handle with Care
We understand things don’t always go as planned. Here’s how our return process works:
🚨 For Damaged Products:
- Inspect your item in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
- If it’s damaged, return it immediately in the same packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement (if available).
- If the item is out of stock, we’ll refund the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
📦 For Customer-Initiated Returns:
- Repack the item securely using the original bubble wrap or similar protective material.
- Unpacked or poorly handled returns that get damaged in transit won’t qualify for a refund.
- Provide clear photos and return tracking details when sending it back — transparency builds trust!
💸 Refund Policy – Fair and Fast
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged upon verified delivery and returned properly.
- The item is found to be out of stock after your payment.
We refund only the product cost. Shipping charges remain with the courier service.
❌ Returns damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refunds.
