🛒 Purchase Policy – Lock It or Lose It

Our collectibles are limited and often one-of-a-kind. Availability is strictly first come, first served — once an item is paid for, it’s yours!

• To secure an order, you must either:
• 💳 Pay the full amount for immediate confirmation, or
• 🔐 Pay a non-refundable shipping fee to reserve your collectible (this acts as a hold until full payment).
• Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled simply because you’ve changed your mind. Choose wisely before confirming your checkout.

🚫 No Warranty, No Worries

Torklub is a reseller and collector’s marketplace — not a manufacturer. All items are sold in their current condition, exactly as displayed in the product photos and descriptions. We do not provide manufacturer warranties or performance guarantees.

Each product is inspected and photographed before listing to ensure accuracy, but minor imperfections may occur due to age or packaging variations common in collectibles.

📦 Returns and Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photos must be provided showing the issue clearly.
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds or exchanges may be offered at our discretion once your return is verified. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
